Yakut Ancestor ??

Tru here.  New discovery on my 23andMe account; I most likely have ancestor 100% Yakut (far NE Siberia) born in or near the 1800s. Would need to find out exactly which dna snips this involves, then compare the various known dna relatives and find out which side has those snips. i have 0.3% Yakut dna (on Chromosomes 4 and 6). Not certain whether it is Petrin or Frey-Spencer side.

Far north, so could go into Swedish ancestry, but NE Siberia is far far East of Sweden. Much closer to Alaska and could go in on the very old American ancestry on Frey-Spencer side. This East Asian influence could be why so many Frey members look Native American.

Will need dna comparison with close Frey or Petrin relative, (along with someone able to do those comparisons and continue Family History efforts) in order to find out. Would need to find out exactly which dna snips this involves, then compare the various known dna relatives and find out which side has those snips, progressively narrowing the field to a specific ancestor. This ability is now far beyond me.

((PS: 23andMe no longer legally able to show disease snips carried by dna, so really glad i printed those when i could))  © 2017-08/20 Truthful Loving Kindness (aka Belinda Marie Petrin).
